Island`s spectacular scenery depicted for Malta`s SEPAC stamps
Malta Post has released a set of stamps depicting island interesting places, to reflect this year’s Spectacular Scenery theme chosen by SEPAC. The issue consists of four stamps reproducing the winning photos from a competition that was held last year. The competition gave local photographers a unique opportunity to showcase their work and have this featured on a postage stamp. Photography for this captivating stamp issue was provided by Camille Cassar, Norbert Juhasz, Darren Vella, Martin Galea.
The 26c stamp depicts the Church of Saint John the Baptist – the unique Maltese church built in the 20th century. It was designed by the Maltese architect Joseph Damato and is reputedly the world's third highest unsupported dome.
The 42c stamp shows Ghajn Tuffieha Bay in Malta - a sandy beach with clay slopes located close to Golden Bay. It is considered as one of the main bathing sites.
The 59c stamp illustrates Gozo Aqueduct that is also known as 'Tal-Hammimiet'. It covered a distance of 2 kilometres and supplied fresh water, from the heights of Ghar Ilma to Victoria, the main town of Gozo. The aqueduct is now in ruins, but some of the arches still stand.
And, finally, the 1.25 stamp shows Dwejra Bay that is famous for its dramatic coastal formation and its shallow inland sea and is a foremost tourist attraction.

25 июня 2020 г. почта Монако выпустила марку «SEPAC - Произведение искусства в Национальной коллекции»
В этом году общая тема марок SEPAC (Ассоциация малых европейских почтовых администраций ) посвящена произведениям национального наследия каждой страны - члена этого года. Марка Монако представляет L'lndolence, картину художника-импрессиониста Евы Гонсалес (1849-1883), дедом которой по отцовской линии был Мо Негаски. Работа относится к коллекции принца Монако.
